When:

3 Nights of Camping

Sunday, July 6, Monday, July 7 & Tuesday, July 8.

3 Days of Instruction

Monday, July 7, Tuesday, July 8 & Wednesday, July 9.

Camping space included. Three meals will be provided each day of instruction. T-shirt provided. Pick up participants Wednesday evening by 7:00 PM.

Who:

11 - 15 year olds. Must be able to swim. The number of participants is limited to 20.

Where:

Hueston Woods State Park. Camping in Class A camp ground.

Equipment:

Tents, life jacket, Sunfish and camping gear. If you do not have any of these and can not borrow them, contact the Chairperson.

Program:

Primarily geared to beginners and less experienced sailors. Depending on readiness, topics will include:

    C. Running
    D. Rounding Marks
    E. Body Kinetics

IV. Sailing Rules
    A. Basic Rules
    B. Racing Rules
    C. Racing Tactics

Cost:

$100.00 - HSA Members
$120.00 - Non-HSA Members, includes an HSA Associate Membership.
